Migrating client’s site to a new stack
We moved a leading wealth firm’s personal investing site in German to a new stack, following the end of its legacy CMS contract. As a result, this gave the client flexibility to use it on any site refresh.
Background
As part of a larger migration and implementation, Eliga helped the client move its German Personal Investing to a new stack. The Framework we introduced was successful, proving it can be used on any site refresh.
The challenge
The client required a new development framework to build a German personal investing site. Its legacy enterprise CMS was coming to the end of its contract and needed a new stack. We moved APIs, front-end and architecture under strict deadlines.

The approach
Eliga used a new development framework to build the German personal investing site, which included account summary, documents, mailbox, dealing and RSP journeys. A Scrum team conducted the development using the new framework and processes that we introduced to the client. Furthermore, our consultants used industry best-practice coding framework.
For testing strategy and implementation, we used unit testing, integration testing and test automation. As a result, this allowed us to streamline the building and deployment process. We also introduced a rigorous code review process as per industry best practice.
Tech used
The impact
Client and end-user performance improved following the revamp. Additionally, the client used the new frameworks Eliga introduced for the delivery of this project, proving that this framework can be used for any site revamping. We also streamlined the client’s production support model, which was not in place prior to this engagement. As a consequence, our iterative approach allowed for quicker delivery of an enterprise solution versus lean platform.
